Hi all,
It's clear that CIM does not manage costs and resources for initiatives and if it is needed, then the initiative itself has to be converted into a demand.
Anyway, initiative tasks are assigned to do some work (e.g. create new articles to reduce incident MTTR) and in this scenario (small development) I assume a demand is not needed at all, even if that activity cannot be done for free and someone has to take charge of it.
I wonder what happens in this case? In which scenarios it can happen?
I thought for example AMS contracts, it makes sense?
Many thanks (please do not copy and paste using AI)
