Has anyone experiencing this, we have an issue where users are clicking 'Copy Change' on a Change Request and it is allowing them to 'Request Approval' without a Risk Assessment.

Hi @athavichith ,
Are Risk and Impact value are set when you have copied the change?
if yes try to find how they are being set
mostly they should be set by this property (if yes remove those fields from the property and check)
or find the functionality which is setting the risk and impact field and disable and check
Please mark my answer as helpful/correct if it resolves your query.

Hi @athavichith
Greetings
I worked as change manger and I can this is not a right use case buddy, the reason is
First why the need to copy the change, is due to change in timetable or Ci or plan or roll back
It means if anything get change requestor must go the risk assessment again.
Second a change get rejected and you want to copy so need to evaluate why change get rejected might be due to wrong risk assessment.
3rd, the wrong risk assessment done and to improve you might another change raised and then again if you bypass risk assessment then it's wrong.
Before you do technical stuff mate, my strong recommendation build a process and use cases when the risk need to by pass.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.
