Hi,
If the table has already been created, you'd need to navigate to the update set (most likely "Default") and find all entries related to this table and associated them with a new update set so that the update set can be exported and moved to the other instance. Review the local update set navigation option, create new update set to house it all, find the default global update set, search accordingly and move those pieces to the new update set, mark as completed, export, then import elsewhere.
If the table has not already been created, then create your update set and set it as your current, then create the table, etc. then navigate back to your update set, mark it as complete, then use the related link to export and then import to the other instance.

You should install the "Add to Update Set" tool from share and use it to export the table.
I did that many times.
