Copy comment from RITM to TASK table and TASK to RITM table.

Hi Community,


If a comment is added on the RITM, it should be reflected only on the active task’s comments. If a comment is added on a task, it should also be reflected on the RITM. However, if a comment is added on the task and it reflects on the RITM, it should not reflect back again on the task.
