can I manually create a change calendar that includes blackout dates, project go-live dates, etc...?

Hi @GregG6 : Did you find a solution for the calendar view. I have similar requirement where the expectation is to show holidays, company meeting days, maintenance and blackout schedule all appear in one calendar.
