Create filter functions for acl and business rule

Hi community

Is there a way to create a custom filter function that i can use in an acl. For example

In the condition of an acl i can select

Where assignment group = one of my groups

AND

Where group list = my custom filter gets all my groups

you can create dynamic filter options with referenced table as sys_user_group and then use it
