Create report. table- sn_ap_cm_ap_case(invoice case management)

1. Query Categorization Rate. Percentage of queries categorized by type (e.g., invoice discrepancies, payment issues).

2. Resolution Time to Queries. Average time taken to respond to a customer query after it is received.

3.Repeat Query Rate.Percentage of customers who contact the team multiple times for the same issue.

4. Query Resolution Rate . Percentage of queries that are resolved successfully versus those that remain open or unresolved..
