Create Templates in the Contextual side bar in Workspace

Hi All,

I have created a custom workspace for a scoped application, we have only attachments section visible in the contextual side bar of a record page in the workspace like below.

But in Service Operations Workspace, we do have Record Information and Templates on the Contextual Side bar available like below.

How can I make the templates available in the custom workspace. Can anyone please guide me on this.

Thanks for the docs link.

I'm actually looking for creating the template button on custom workspace not the templates.
