Creating Change Request in Core UI is not working

Creating change request in Core UI is not working, it keeps redirecting to the homepage.

Workaround is to switch to Next Experience UI.

Do we have a permanent solution for this in without changing the UI?

Hi, sounds like a customisation in Core UI (UI Action, client script, or business rule) causing an unintended redirect... especially if it works fine in Next Experience. I’d start by checking the “New” UI Action on change_request and any onLoad client scripts for redirect logic. Does the issue happen for all users or only certain roles?

Hi @Al-JhonV

As you mentioned, you have already upgraded to the latest release, and it appears the issue is specific to your custom solution. However, I would still recommend reviewing the Change Manager code, related plugins, and the Change Model configuration to ensure everything is aligned and functioning correctly.
