Hi @Anusha Gorige ,
For Creating a new view u can try with the below approach:
- Lets say you want to create a new view on incident form you can do a configure layout by opening any 1 record. Once u do the configure layout you should get below page. Scroll to the view name filed & click on New.
- Once New is clicked you will get below popup, enter the view name
- Once u select the view name u can bring the required fields on the Right bucket & save it , this way for the new view all the mentioned fields will only be visible.
For View Rule:
- you can go to the list of of the required table in this case incident table & select configure All. Once configure all is selected, you should get the below page where View Rules tab will be present
Click on New to create new view rule. you will get below page where u can configure the new rule with relevant condition.
