Little bit confused about the question::

Which one of the following statements is true?

1. When an incident form is saved, all the Work Notes field text is recorded to the Activity Log field
2. When an incident form is saved, the Work Notes field text is overwritten each time work is logged against the incident
3. When an incident form is saved, the impact field is calculated by adding the Prion:, and Urgency values
4. When an Incident form is saved, the Additional Comments field text is cleared and recorded to the Work Notes section.   I think option A is right but found option D is correct in some sites. Please help me to find the correct answer.

As per me D is correct,  bcz we put the comments in additional comments and when we save it get added in activity logs.

Statements D is correct because Additional Comments are moved to Work Notes upon saving to maintain a log of user-provided information
