We have a requirement to customize the now mobile application as per the customer requirement.
As per the requirement, we need to create new section under 'My Items' legacy section. Suppose the new section is for change request, when user click on that section, we should be able to see all the change request which are created by that user. And user should be able to raise change request and they can be able to update that ticket.
Need some assistance on this.
