Show only some roles in "User Roles" field type

Vishwa Pandya19

Hello,

On the Knowledge Article form we have a field called "Roles".

The field type is "User Roles" and shows as below.

Instead of showing all the roles in the available list, I want to show only "itil", "itil_admin" and "admin".

I can't add ref qual to this and I don't want to give any default value as well.

How can i achieve this?

Thanks in Advance!

@Vishwa Pandya19

I think it comes from some UI macro

Did you check that?

Hey,

The use case is that the knowledge articles are sitting under a knowledge base that will only be visible to "itil", "itil_admin" and "admin".

Along with that some articles are related to only "admin" or only "itil" users.

So we are creating a custom field like "Roles", but we want only with these 3 roles in it.

And as mentioned above I can't find the related UI macro, so if you can assist me with the related record it would be great!

Thanks!
