Hi Community,
I have a dashboard which contains reports or widgets related to PA. For few of the reports, data is showing wrong count on the widget but when i open it on the analytics hub and click on show records, i see the count is correct there but on the widget.
What can be a reason behind this?
Thanks

Hi @Poorva Bhawsar ,
Can you try to give some more information? What do you mean by "data is showing wrong count"? According to what? Is your PA sum defined as "sum by month" or "sum by month+"?
If my answer has helped with your question, please mark my answer as the accepted solution and give a thumbs up.

I have my automated indicators created, where i am using aggregate is count distinct based on user id field. I have formula indicator where i am doing some calculation for calculating percentages of 2 automated indicators which contains different conditions in it. Now, when i see the widget on my dashboard suppose i am getting 340 count there for first automated indicator widget, when i am opening it on the analytics hub there when i am clicking on show records, i am getting the correct count as per the conditions i have applied for example 3510 records i can see there which is correct but on the widget i am getting only 340 as a count which is wrong.

Hi @Poorva Bhawsar ,
Can you try to share your widget configuration? Sounds like your automated indicator capture what it suppose to do, but either your formula indicator or widget create the issue which you observe.

On the automated indicators also i can see the wrong count when i am clicking on scores for this indicator. But on the analytics hub i can see the correct count.
