Dashboard data is wrong using PA reports

Hi Community,

 

I have a dashboard which contains reports or widgets related to PA. For few of the reports, data is showing wrong count on the widget but when i open it on the analytics hub and click on show records, i see the count is correct there but on the widget.

 

What can be a reason behind this?

Hi @Poorva Bhawsar ,

 

If you also see the wrong score on the Automated indicator, then it is defiantly an error from indicator level and not formula/widget. Could the issue that you see be do to your "count distinct"?

Is this resolved? I'm also having same issue.

I think you gave created on Last month as filter in indicator or indicator source filter, the count which shows for last month is actually previous month data, change the filter to this month and try again, it should work.
