You are using an old (legacy) report. I would recommend moving to the new Platform Analytics reporting experience, as it provides enhanced capabilities and is the strategic direction for reporting going forward.

Try : add pa_viewer role in restrict to roles field and remove that public role ( and share that dashboard with required users )

Hi @Ramu8
1) Users must have Read access to the tables underlying the reports. Share the individual reports with Everyone or the relevant user groups
2) View Dashboard properties. If restricted, ensure the user explicitly holds that role.
3)Verify if there are custom Read ACLs on the pa_dashboards table
