Date/Time field is not visible

Hi All,

 

I am facing an issue in incident for and it is happening for only one user. The incident form showing only field label for all Date/Time fields not the value. I have highlighted the fields in yellow. Please help me out, Thanks.!

@Praneeth CR Could you check if the User has field level read access on Created, Updated, Opened At and Due date fields.

 

On the form it looks like the field level Read ACLs for these fields are failing hence the field is not shown here.

Yes, I have checked the ACL but there is no restrictions

@Praneeth CR How did you check if the ACL exists or not? Did you check manually or used ACL Debugging Tools

 

I am quite sure this is an ACL related issue.

@Sandeep Rajput  I checked manually Sandeep, now I have checked using ACL debugging tool. I think there is no ACL restrictions. Please see the attached and please guide me here if I am wrong.image.png
