Date/Time field is not visible

Hi All,

 

I am facing an issue in incident for and it is happening for only one user. The incident form showing only field label for all Date/Time fields not the value. I have highlighted the fields in yellow. Please help me out, Thanks.!

@Praneeth CR Try another approach to check if the ACL is culprit here.

1. Impersonate with the user who is not able to see the date fields.

2. Open the URL https://<your instance>.service-now.com/incident.do?sys_id=<sys_id_incident>&sys_target=&XML=&sysparm_domain_restore=false&sysparm_stack=no

3. In the above URL replace <your instance> with the URL of your instance and sys_id_incident with the sys_id of the incident where user is not able to see the dates.

4. If the date fields shows up in the XML which means ACL is not the culprit here but if the Date fields are missing then the ACL can be a potential reason here.

I have checked in the way you mentioned, the field values are showing up in the XML. So it won't be an ACL issue. I wonder what else could be the cause here! any idea? please let me know

Any script or UI policy or any role assigned to that user. Please check user profile with other users.

Is that user has some special access? Please check the ACL for same.  @Praneeth CR

Thanks for your reply, I have checked the ACL's but there is no ACL restrictions
