Date/Time field is not visible

Hi All,

 

I am facing an issue in incident for and it is happening for only one user. The incident form showing only field label for all Date/Time fields not the value. I have highlighted the fields in yellow. Please help me out, Thanks.!

oppps.. Try to create another incident and check with same user or check other records same user. Tough to say what can be issue , if not ACL.

@Dr Atul G- LNG  I did check but no use. Only the field label is visible.

Solution:

 

either disable v3 via system properties glide.ui.list_v3.enable

or 

user preference of Date and time format should be either MM-DD-YYYY 09:00:01 5 min ago / MM-DD-YYYY 09:00:01

user preference of Date and time format should be either MM-DD-YYYY 09:00:01 5 min ago / MM-DD-YYYY 09:00:01
