Deactivate the standard change template

Hello Experts,

I want to implement the below scenario.

Deactivate standard change templates from the table [std_change_record_producer] if it has been not used in the last 3 months and no standard change request has been created using this template in last 3 months.

Please help to implement the above scenario with flow designer .

what is not working : It is deactivating all the change template

Hi @mehtaaaksha 

Please provide the condition you added in this flow. Also if i recommend, don't use auto deactivation on Templates, as some time change manager need to go and check why it has not been used?
