We are experiencing an issue where the "Description" field is not showing in the Service Portal after posting an incident.
It's similar to https://www.servicenow.com/community/itsm-forum/short-description-field-not-showing-in-service-porta... post, but unable to open this article - https://community.servicenow.com/community?id=community_article&sys_id=7a02a68edb7fbb4c5ed4a851ca961... @Community Alums
Is anyone else aware of on how to fix it? Could someone guide me?
Thank you!

Been able to do that via:
Settings ==> Standard Ticket Configuration ==> Incident ==> click on "Show Description" and choose Always.
or you can add "Description" to the "info fields":
Save your settings and check "Service Portal" again. It will be visible:

Hi @Alex Platonov ,
That's not a problem if you cannot open the Article as it's archived.
Please read the other comments from me on the same thread.
Were you able to Clone the widget and added the Description?
