Dictionary Override related list is not visible

Dear All,

I want to override 'calculate_duration' field in Requested Item table, which inherits this field from task table.

I am not able to see "Dictionary Override" related list in work instance. However, it is visible in my personal instance.

I checked "List Layout" of Dictionary Entry and also the Related lists of it but it is not there.

Need your input in this. Below Screenshot.

I had checked [Madrid & Orlando both] and I was also able to see that in my instance as well. As this is not appearing in slush-bucket so it could be due to any before query business rule. Can you check? 

Otherwise, I would suggest submitting a HI-Ticket to get technical assistance on this.

In case you have verified all the possible places and since this is for your client instance please raise a HI ticket with ServiceNow
