I have installed walk-up plugins and I can see there 2 application CSM Walk-up Experience and Walk-up Experience applications.
What is the purpose of 2 different application?
Can anyone give a explanation on this.

Any luck in finding an answer for this? I'm wondering as well as it even has different roles for each.

From what I have seen, the base one is fine but limited, the csm version has better analytics and functions (csm functionality often comes with a cost) so it’s probably the difference between free vs premium.
if your willing to accept “ok” and don’t have other csm functions you will be fine and your customers won’t be under provided

"Walk-up Experience for Customer Service Management" requires a subscription to CSM and is meant to be used for Customer and Employee Workflows.
"Walk-up Experience" is part of ITSM, requires an ITSM subscription and is meant to be used for technology Workflows.
