Difference between ServiceNow Enterprise License and ServiceNow ITSM professional License

Hi Team,

 

We have a requirement to Integrate LogMeIn with ServiceNow using Rescue by LogMeIn Plugin.

ServiceNow Store - Rescue by LogMeIn

As checked on App Store System Requirements states we will need ServiceNow Enterprise License. 

We have ITSM Professional License and currently we are on Xanadu, can any one help me to understand the Difference between ServiceNow Enterprise License and ServiceNow ITSM professional License also will it suffice the Integration requirement.

Hi @JaisonS 

When we say Enterprise, Standard, or Professional, we're essentially talking about activating new plugins as part of the package. If the store app indicates that it requires Enterprise, you need to check which dependent plugins need to be installed. Here, I recommend connecting with your ServiceNow account manager to discuss the licensing aspect.
