Hello all,
I have configured a form that looks and renders well in the ITIL Backend view. However, 2 of my fields are visible on the landing page on the ESC page.
Those fields are not supposed to show until certain selections are made. Again, the UI policies works well on the ITIL view.
Pic 1: ITIL View
PIC 2: ESC Portal View:
The 2 Highlighted fields are not supposed to display on the landing page of the Portal View.
What did I do wrong?

Hi @Hola Ola
Greetings!!
To make any field Visible / mandatory or read only on Portal , you need to use teh Catalog UI policy not the normal UI policy.
So in your case, you need to create a Catalog UI policy ( available in Catalog item --> Related List ). Process is same the only difference is on portal and native view.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.
