Digital portfolio management KPI

Hi community,

I am configuring Digital portfolio Management in my PDI. I was trying to add KPI group , but I'm getting the below error

Can anyone guide me to solve this error, I have created New indicator to show the number of  closed incidents only, without any breakdown. That was also not worked.

Hello @Durgaprasad Ka1,

Please disregard if you successfully fixed the issue. The error you are seeing is related to the breakdowns associated with the PA indicators. On the indicator record, at the bottom of the form, find the related list for breakdowns. It is difficult to tell whether you are looking at a Portfolio or Taxonomy node in your screen shot. Depending on the KPI group type, ensure all necessary breakdowns are related to the indicators in that KPI group. For example, for a KPI group of type portfolio, you will need the breakdowns for Portfolio, Taxonomy node, Service, and Offering. If it is type Taxonomy node,  you will need breakdowns for Taxonomy node, Service, and Offering. I hope that resolves your issue and if not, please feel free to open a Case for us to further examine the issue.
