Hi, all!
As a platform administrator overseeing Now Platform functions (Virtual Agent and Employee Center), I've been exploring ways to optimize our operations.
Given my recent dive into ServiceNow ITSM, I believe it could be a valuable tool for handling incidents, managing changes, and potentially streamlining other aspects of our platform management.
Do you have any case studies of using ITSM to manage ServiceNow application development?
I would be grateful if you could share some examples.
Thank you!

Hi @Daichi Ishikawa ,
Can you please elaborate a little according to what you're looking for? Off course you can utilize ITSM to manage the ServiceNow platform... Incidents for things that doesn't work, RITM for new request, new development, access request etc.
If my answer has helped with your question, please mark my answer as accepted solution and give a thumb up.
Best regards
Anders

Thank you for your quick reply! I apologize for the lack of clarity in my previous question.
While I understand the technical capabilities of ServiceNow, I'm keen to hear real-world examples of organizations using ServiceNow ITSM to manage Now Platform functionality.
In my research, I encountered an article that using a single CI like ServiceNow for developing diverse functions such as EC and VA could potentially lead to inefficiencies below. I'm wondering if there are any specific instances where, despite being technically feasible, the ServiceNow design might not be the most suitable solution for certain use cases.
