doesn't have the "orders" option

One of the user not able to see Order button on Portal 

I tried comparing role who can see that order button , after giving all roles ,which having his Team mate  (who can see the button )

still he is not able to see...what can be done here .

Can you ask that particular user to clear the browser cache and try agian please. 

if still doesn't work, please atatch what he sees.
