Hi @tulasi8
“Increase the export/import limit under the system property. You can then export it, but this may impact system performance, so it’s better to do this after office hours.

Hi @tulasi8,
go to the list of records you want to export, add all the columns (fields) that you want to export and click right mouse button on the column label and export it. Remember that the export will reflect the number of the columns so if you know you won't need any of it, then hide it from the list view (via personalisation is sufficient).
Here in this example 41 records would be exported with all the columns as you can see:
However if it is a list of records from the whole year, it means it might be tens of thousands and with that you might need to have it exported and sent to your mailbox.
What's your need of such export? Perhaps it would be better to categorise them - by assignment group, by a month of creation, by caller's location etc... to have smaller chunks then all the incidents in one sheet. It will be anyways very annoying to search in such a massive document.

Hi tulasi8 ,
For your query , answer is given below. But here I will recommend you to do it with small small chunk ( less xml size) using filter as due to huge size of xml , your system would be hanged for some time and same you will face while you will try to import the same into another instance (This is I faced in my former project)
Check the Size of Record
Navigate -->"System Properties"-->export/import.
Format | Format-specific export limit | General export limit | Default export limit |
XML | glide.xml.export.limit | glide.ui.export.limit | 10,000 |
CSV | glide.csv.export.limit | glide.ui.export.limit | 10,000 |
EXCEL (XLSX) | glide.xlsx.export.limit | glide.ui.export.limit | 10,000 |
EXCEL (XLS) | glide.excel.export.limit | glide.ui.export.limit | 10,000 |
EXCEL (XLSX) | glide.xlsx.max_cells | N/A | 500,000 |
EXCEL (XLS) | glide.excel.max_cells | N/A | 500,000 |
