Duplicate change task created on copy change

Hi All,

When I am clicking on copy change and submit the change request ,Duplicate change task are created .When I click on copy change again in the change request for which duplicate task are created .Again duplicate task are created in addition of earlier.There is no duplicate activity for task creation in workflow .could you please suggest me on this .

Any change task created from a workflow SHOULD have the field 'created from' populated with 'Workflow'. Any manually created tasks should not have that field populated. Tasks that are not created from = workflow are copied when you use copy change.

I would look at your change tasks and look at the created from field.

I also faces the same issue, when copy change request then duplicate c_task created, which was manually, these only created again (duplicate) so can we stop this functionality that these manually created task also not copy when copy the change request?
