Duplicate reminder emails sending daily

I have created a flow to send reminder emails daily.

It will look a the requested items and the conditions and then to send the 1st reminder

I then added a for each item and a condition to show if the work notes does not contain "1st reminder sent" then send the notification and update the RIT

The flow will wait 5 mins and then send the 2nd reminder based on the below:

I added in for each and an if to say if the work notes or additional comments does contains 2nd Reminder then send the notification and update the work notes to say 2nd Reminder Sent

The flow will then wait 10 mins and do the same for the 3rd reminder with the same conditions as above

But each time the trigger runs, its sending duplicate 1st, 2nd and 3rd notification even though the work notes contain 1st reminder, 2nd reminder and 3rd reminder and even though the conditions have been set for the "if" on the "for each item"

Does anyone have any ideas as to why is sending the duplicate emails

Hi @Community Alums 

I am not sure, but checking the condition in work notes is time-consuming and may delay the flow process. You may need to see other option.
