Eamil Notification sent to other user

Hi Everyone,

 

Once a RITM is raised for a user email notification is triggering to different user. This issue is occurring for a single user all other users getting the email notification as configured.

eg: Requested for user is SHYAM with email id shyam@abc.com but email is triggering to sham@abc.com

I verified email id is perfectly fine in user table.

 

Please help me to troubleshoot this issue.

Can you please check for sham@abc.com in user table. Is there any record related to this.

It means when you are sending notification at that time it's taking this record,

So please check that record for which you are triggering notification.
