Eamil Notification sent to other user

Hi Everyone,

 

Once a RITM is raised for a user email notification is triggering to different user. This issue is occurring for a single user all other users getting the email notification as configured.

eg: Requested for user is SHYAM with email id shyam@abc.com but email is triggering to sham@abc.com

I verified email id is perfectly fine in user table.

 

Please help me to troubleshoot this issue.

May be in requested for you are getting this shan@abc.com ' s sys_id

That's why it's triggering for this user.

 

Please check the name and varify.
