I'm not familiar with any native EDI (X12, EDIFACT) capabilities within ServiceNow. As someone who used Gentran years ago, the transform maps are reminiscent of the mapping that you could do, but only for inbound and none of the message standards are available in ServiceNow. Generally, those sorts of exchanges are done through integrations using SOAP/REST or SFTP file exchanges.
It is conceivable that ServiceNow could exchange those types of messages, but there is no native definition and validation against standards.
