Email account configuration

Hi Community,

 

I am trying to connect to a mailbox from ServiceNow. I have the oAuth configured. But I am not how to authorize the access? I do not have the mailbox password as it is a Shared Mailbox.

Hi @GargiF ,

 

Since it is shared mailbox you won't have it's credentials. Please get a service account created which has full access to receive emails from that mailbox. And ask for credentials of that mailbox. That should help. If you also want the mailbox to send emails you will need send as/send on behalf access. P,ease check this o365 admin.
