New Field Content to be visible in Activity Stream frontend

Hello Everyone!

 

have created string field called Cancel Reason. Anything that is entered in this field should appear in the ticket frontend, which is typically how our comments and close notes function in the Activity Stream of the front-end ticket portal.

Although I can make that using the Journal Input field but the issue is that the content disappears from the field in the backend.

 

Please let me know if there is solution to this problem. Please refer to the image that is attached for clear understanding.
