Email body is not showing only this ref watermark showing. How to fix this so that full email can show on RITM level

What type of notification was this? Maybe there was nothing in the email body. A good example of this is if you use email responses for approval 99% of the time the only thing in the email body is the watermark. We need more info to troubleshoot. Like what triggers this notification? Can you provide screenshot of what should be in the notification?

approver has rejected the request.

Most likely when they clicked on the reject button in the email it opened the new email and they just clicked send without adding anything to the body. This happens 99% of the time with approvals and rejections via email. It is a training thing to get users add something to the body of the email.
