Email body is not showing only this ref watermark showing. How to fix this so that full email can show on RITM level

Hi @vikaskumarc 

 

Try this :

 

A. refer KB: KB2476486 Email notifications do not appear in the activity stream 

Resolution

To display email activity in the Activity Stream:

1. In the form view of the record, select the Activity Filter icon in the Activity header. 

2. From the list of fields, select 

  • Emails - autogenerated
  • Email - correspondence

Fields are added or removed dynamically as you make selections.

3. Select the Activity Filter icon again to close the filter and apply your changes.

 

B. Refer KB: KB1585118 Emails aren't shown in the Activity Stream (especially after upgrade)
