Email client Template

In our case there is one DL from which the email is triggered within that DL, there are multiple DLs that received email but there is one DL that doesn't received email.
My problem is that i cant find the DL i need to add that one DL so it can  received email.
when i checked the email client template subjects i found the name of Major Incident Management which is related to body of receiving mail. when i opened it i found this image in the recipient filed which is blank .
where the other DL is mentioned?

Hi @Nafisa Zaman,

 

it might be difficult to debug without access to your instance or knowing the full context.

 

However one thing you can check the Group Email field:

If this Group Email field:

  • 1) has any value,
    • all the notifications are sent towards this group email address,
    • it can be even DL,
    • group members do NOT receive this notification
  • 2) has NO value,
    • all the notifications are sent to ACTIVE group members with correctly populated email on the [sys_user] level 

Are you able to identify what notification is it? Any patterns?

No i am unable to identify which notification is it. group email filed is empty

@Nafisa Zaman and if you go from the other end.. search whether the DL adress that receive the emails is associated with any of the groups in group email.

 

or

 

the same for the email notifications, whether the DL is not associated anywhere. or in event parm..
