Email details not visible on the RITM activity stream
Check under the filter funnel, the checkboxes of email autogenerated and email correspondence are already checked.

So it’s the same for two RITMs where the user is not able to see the emails

I checked via the given link but nothing works in my case.
The email sending enabled is true already.
