Email is marked as sent in the logs but not received by recipient (PDI)

Hi All,

 

Recently i configured a EMAIL Account Server in the instance for SMTP and connection is successful.

 

And whenever an notification got triggered to event, an email is showing as sent in the email logs but the recipient did not receive the notification.

 

Could you please help on this issue?

I am sure it will not go out as PDI infra is still with SN and firewall will be block this. So conclusion in PDI  emails are not allowed.

Hi @Chaitanya naram 

 

Emails inbound / outbound both are restricted in PDI due to security concerns from last 2/ 3 releases.  You can see the logs but neither email will go out nor come inside SN.

Surprised, is SMTP is provided by SN or its your official? Bcz as far as I know email will no go out from PDI.
