and what could be the reason the processing time exceeded?

email reader job also fine

we don't have any system property like 'glide.email_diag.threshold.email_reader.runtime' to update

Hi @Rahul Raja Sami 

 

Are you trying in PDI? if yes, then email will not work in PDI due to security issues , means Inbound / outbound emails wil not flow in pdi.

 

You can enable this by this post, but I will not recommend, as it will bring all your personal email in PDI.

Hi there,

 

Is this occuring recently? Or already longer? Are you using the out-of-the-box ServiceNow settings for sending and receiving or a custom SMTP for example? And I assume this is a customer instance?
