Emails are coming but request are not creating by using inbound action

Hi All,
I have create one inbound action in witch I have added condition of email id witch I want, from those particular email id ticket will created, as a admit if I do testing from that particular email id so at that time email and request both are coming fine but when client sent mail from that particular id at that time emails are generated but RITM tickets are not getting generated. kindly let me know what will be the issue.

Check the email log, you will get some error message, share that here.
Also check whether any Create ACL apply on table or not.
