Hi Team,
In Employee Center, I can see the “Additional Details” section on the My Approvals page in my lower environments (Dev/Test). However, the same section is missing in the Production environment.
I have reviewed basic configurations but haven’t been able to identify what controls the visibility of this section. There were no intentional changes made specifically for Production.
Any guidance or pointers on where to look would be greatly appreciated.
