How to report on Problem PTASK Due Date extensions? Advice?

What does report criteria look like?

Not sure I understood your question. Do you need to report on Problem task due dates? You can do it directly like this:

What do you mean by due date extension? You can build a report and add it on the dashboard, or also configure the email notification to be sent to the assignee and assignment group about the approaching due date (similar to how we have it in KM with the ‘Valid To’ date).”
