Enable watch list option on esc portal under my request search option

Hi Team,

 

We are using ITSM professional.

 

We have a requirement to add watchlist option on the esc portal under my request search option where we can find the open request and close request.

Hi Tanushree Thanks for your response however we are trying to add watch list request search option on the esc portal I have attach the snip where watchlist member can search the request if they are added to watch list under the RITM by the ServiceDesk team.
