Hi,
i want to enhance the experience for First-Level Agents by dynamically prompting them to collect specific information based on the selected Incident Category.
For example,
When an Incident is Submittend and If Category is Network
Prompt the agent to provide:
IP Address
Hostname
Switch/Port
I appreciate any implementation experiences or recommendations. Thanks.
