Enabling Category-Based Dynamic Information Collection for First-Level Agents

Hi,

We want to enhance the experience for First-Level Agents by dynamically prompting them to collect specific inforation based on the selected Incident Category.

For example,
When Incident is submitted and If Category is Network then Prompt the agent to provide:

IP Address

Hostname

Switch/Port

I appreciate any insights, implementation experiences or recommendations.
