I am interested in using AI to assist product owners create better Stories consistently. What I am looking for is an AI agent that is aware of data points that are in the Office 365 ecosystem and SN environment. Does the ServiceNow Otto functionality provide the ability to be natively aware of the Office 365 ecosystem? It also occurs to me that the AI agents in the Office 365 ecosystem could communicate with the SN AI agents and vice versa to leverage both of their strengths.
