Error creating a quick incident from an alert in the service operations workspace

Hi everyone
From the Service Workspace Operation Express List, when I create a quick incident from an alert, although the incident is generated, when I try to modify it from the Details tab, I get the error "Data fetching exception. Contact your system administrator to verify permission." And the incident record isn't showing up in the incident table. Please your help.

Try below probable cases
- check if it is browser specific
- check if it works by clearing cache/cookies
- check if all the instances(prod and non-prod) are affected.
- check if this issue is present OOB by testing in PDI with same version.
- check if it works for admins (in this case it is access issue).
If none worked, I would suggest to go with Support case with ServiceNow as there are no known error articles available for such issue.
